2009 FLU SHOT DATES:

Sand Run Pharmacy is offering H1N1 vaccines, both injectable and nasal version, during all normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9am-7pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. 

No appointment necessary.  Patients must be at least 14 years old. 

Cost for vaccine administration is $20.00.  No charge for patients covered by Medicare Part B, all Medicare Part B Advantage Plans, SummaCare and Anthem. 

Sand Run Pharmacy is also doing SEASONAL flu vaccines at this time.  Patients must be 14 years or older.  No charge for patients covered by Medicare Part B, all Medicare Part B advantage plans and SummaCare.  $10.00 copayment for patients covered under an Anthem prescription drug card.  NO appointment necessary.
